Rates
The prices are expressed in euros and are intended for the booked accommodation and for the requested period.
The agreed price includes consumption (electricity, water, towels, and bed linen) and, where provided, the meals indicated (breakfast or other). We reserve the right to change the published prices of our accommodations at any time and without notice. However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras) will not be changed under any circumstances.

You can make a reservation online using the booking system on our company website.
To confirm the reservation, you must provide personal data, a telephone number, an e-mail address, the holiday period, the number of people and the details of a valid credit card, which will be held to guarantee the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. Felicin reserves the right to carry out the pre-authorization.
In the event that you do not wish to communicate your credit card details on our website or in any other way, the reservation will be confirmed upon the payment of a deposit (20% of the total amount for reservations with a flexible rate, and 100% for reservations with a NON-refundable rate) to be paid via bank transfer to:

In the event of a reservation without a credit card as a payment guarantee, or for a number of rooms equal to or greater than four, a non-refundable confirmation deposit of 20% of the amount of the reservation is required.

Should you have any doubts on how to use the online booking system, you can request price estimates and information by writing an email to [email protected]
Cancellation penalty
Reservations cancelled within the terms of free cancellation, if applicable, do not incur any charges; therefore, any pre-authorization will be cancelled. Cancellations made after such terms, will result in the charge of the full amount of the reservation.
In the event of early departure, the entire agreed booking amount will be retained. In the event of a discounted, non-refundable rate, no amount will be refunded in any case.
If within the established terms, the reservation must be modified or cancelled in writing by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and must be confirmed in writing by Felicin.
Occurrence of accommodation unavailability
Should force majeure prevent the booked accommodation from being made available to guests, Felicin reserves the right to assign another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics at the same price, or, in extreme cases, to cancel the reservation, reimbursing the guest the amount paid without the latter being able to make further claims for compensation for any reason.
